~TRIP TO SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY
It was the day before we went to pick up my mom at the airport from the Philippines. Of course I am really excited, but I have to set that aside for now and focus on our scavenger hunt for my grade. Our first task was to take a selfie in front of the Cesar Chavez Monument which was located just in front of the banner from the picture above. Our next task was a little bit difficult to do, it was to find a librarian and take a selfie with them while holding our chosen book. The next task was to find the admissions office and ask the assigned questions, we were welcomed to ask more questions if we want to. Throughout the scavenger hunt, I saw my Ate(friend) from school three years ago that currently attends San Jose State. I asked her if she knows where is the nearest shop. It was just a block away. Silly us, we didn’t see it on the given map.

Lunch time came along. As the classic Rj, of course, I forgot to bring money! Good thing, I made Nutella sandwich before I left home. My friends and group mates were giving me money for me to buy some food. I refused to take it. They were telling me that I don’t have to pay them back, but then, I still refused to take it. They were offering me a cup of Jamba Juice, but I still refused to take it. It’s totally okay, my friends were a little bit upset to me because I didn’t take anything from them. The tiring day has ended, luckily, we ended up with a gold medal. It was not official yet.
