I heard about the movie the day before it is schedule to come out. My cousin asked me if we could go watch it— I said  yes even though I haven't seen the trailer. We just planned on how we are going to see the film, this time, we decided to watch it right after school. Though, I watched the trailer while we were on our way to the cinemas.

Today, I am going to write a short review about the 5th Wave.

The 5th Wave is starred by Chloë Grace Moretz, Nick Robinson, Alex Roe and Maika Dillon Monroe.

At first, I thought it was going to be just a typical alien invasion thing that we always see from different movies, it is not.

You know, it is kinda a difficult task to tell the story, I just highly recommend you to watch it. The movie was very... very unpredictable with lots of twists. I personally think that it is placed along the Hunger Games and Divergent genre that has very similar audience. Though, I haven't seen Hunger Games yet because I plan to watch it in one sitting. 

The movie was mainly focused on Cassie Sullivan (Chloë Grace Moretz) showed the struggle on how to survive the apocalyptic world. Her struggle has the ability to break your heart especially what happened to her brother. Ben Parish (Nick Robinson) has the similar situation with Cassie excluding some obvious reasons. 

If you have seen the movie, you'll think that it is too short. Which I thought that it is really short. Remember, The 5th Wave is the only beginning... It has just begun!

If you would ask me to recommend this movie to a friend, yes— I highly recommend this film! I give it a 1000/1000 Hearts for this film! Make sure to recommend it :)
