GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP
Wednesday, December 23, 2015I was craving for garlic butter shrimp. Since I didn't have time to marinate the shrimp. I went ahead and skipped some of the steps on cooking it.
How I cooked it:
1. Mince two to three cloves of garlic
2. Melt 1/2 cup of butter into the pan. Make sure that the butter is hot enough to cook the garlic.
3. Once the butter has melted and hot enough, put the garlic into the butter. Make sure that it turns into a very light golden brown before proceeding to the next step.
4. Put the shrimp into the pan. In this case, the shrimp that I have was pre-cooked.
5. I poured some water to let the flavour sip into the shrimp(s). You can pour some lime juice or lemon juice if you prefer.
6. As you're about to finish cooking, sprinkle some chopped parsely or scallions. In this case, I wanted my scallions to be cooked slightly for additional flavour.
7. Add some salt and pepper if needed.
8. Serve it hot and enjoy!
